Creation of a new recycling center, within an existing part of a live Park & Ride facility. Works included removal of the existing car park hard standings and street furniture and lighting, and the creation of a concrete retaining wall to provide a split-level site with extensive reinforced concrete slab areas. Installation of new drainage, ACO quadricepses, utilities, curbing, and upgrade of the existing road surfacing, along with foundations and services for 2 new buildings.

We built an extension to the existing UEA building with new foundations stitch-drilled into the existing site, reinforced concrete floor slab with concrete upstands to take the externally glazed wall. External works include RC feature walls and in-situ benches using coloured concrete, drainage diversion, and renewed hard landscaping within the live university campus.
